One of the most played sports in the United States is paintball. Its funny how a concept of shooting someone with paintball guns could be so fun. If you are actively playing games like Call of Duty of Battlefield, you might want to check paintballing out.
Paintballing can either be done solo or with a group of friends. As long as you have a decent paintball gun you will be good to go. Well, actually you will also need paintballs since this is the ammunition used by your gun. The great thing about paintballing is that you might not get hit at all when you play, and even if you do manage to get hit, you will hardly feel it because of all the adrenaline pumping through your veins.
When I played paintball for the first time I was exhausted at the end of every match. I definitely recommend this as a great exercise option. There are always rules that must be followed to ensure that no one get hurt when they are not playing. The paintballing field I went to play at would not let you walk around with your gun unless you were headed to the actual game field. There will always be people who complain about this rule but it does save a lot of people from getting hurt. At the end of the day people will be happy to be leaving with both eyes.
I did end up with a lot of bruises but all came from actually playing. Luckily for me, it was nothing too bad and I did not even feel it while I was playing. It was an excellent experience for me and I cannot wait to go back to paintball. Not only did I shed a few pounds but I also made many new friends. Who knew that the paintballing community could be so big? This experience is definitely worth it, even if you do get a little hurt.
Next time I do go, I might want to check out other type of paintballing gear such as a better vest or even a better hopper. A hopper is the container that is attached to your gun that holds all of your ammunition. Some of the more experienced paintball players would tell me that if you have a good hopper you can have a decent gun and still perform very well. These guys however, have been playing since they were small, so maybe they have skill and can use any gun they choose.
My favorite sport of choice is soccer and it will always be, but paintballing was a very entertaining experience that I cannot wait to take part of again. Who knows, I may just do a whole lot better the next time around. I’ll have to watch some videos or play more Call of Duty to perfect my skills.
